AHogwarts Legacyplayer shared a clip of their character flying around on the notorious Hungarian Horntail dragon while using the DragonOgryff Mod in the PC version of the game. The dragon, though smaller than its cinematic counterpart, is seen taking flight from the grounds of Hogwarts and sailing above the school and its surrounding environment. An imposing sight, the mighty dragon is flown just above the rooftops of Hogsmeade before cruising along the nearby mountains and landing atop a grassy peak. Shortly after landing, the player returns the dragon to their satchel. Other beastlymounts inHogwarts Legacy, such as the Thestral and Hippogriff, are similarly summoned and stored, using the gear inventory. Broomsticks are among the most commonly used mounts, though a dragon proves to be a much more intimidating and memorable ride for many.
FellowHogwarts Legacyplayers were highly impressed with the quality of the mod, noting the detailing on the dragon and the smoothness of the flight animation. Others were disappointed to learn that the mod was limited to PC.
