Many have already beaten and replayedResident Evil 4on higher difficulties, while others seem to be having fun with mods made by fellow players, like theRatatouillemod made by cathroon. Uploaded on Nexus Mods, they created a hairstyle for Leon where a tiny mouse, which players affectionately call Moushley, is sitting on his head. While the mod didn’t necessarily shrink Ashley’s character model to become a mouse, cathroon said they wanted players to feel like Moushley had control over Leon just likeRemy inRatatouille. As of writing, the mod has been downloaded over 200 times and viewed over 7,600 times.
TheMoushley Grahammod was inspired by Twitter user Agrimmora’s doodle which reimagined Ashley as a cheese-loving mouse. Over on Nexus Mods, there were mostly positive comments on cathroon’s mod, with many users thanking them for bringing the tiny rodent to life.
Resident Evil 4may be a scary game for many players, but fan-made creations like this have added a fun and wholesome element to it, especially for those who are deeply invested in Leon and Ashley’s friendship.
