Ranked modes for battle royales have historically struggled, as competitive play is difficult to manage when compared to something like the Call of Duty League. A single match ofWarzone 2can have a maximum of 150 players, after all. It’s not realistic to consistently have that for in-person tournaments. Still,Warzone 2can still have a Ranked mode without a professional esports scene.
