Resident Evilis currently on everyone’s mind, or nightmares even, considering the massive success the franchise has found with its latest entry,Resident Evil Village. As if that weren’t enough, Netflix currently has twoResident Evilshows in store, so of course, cosplayers are bound to seize the moment to dress up as their favorite zombie-slaying women.
WhileLady Dimitrescu and her daughterscontinue to grab most gamers' attention inResident Evil Village, many others lament the fact that Capcom again made Ethan Winters the focus of the new game instead of one of those familiar faces from Raccoon City. Ethan has managed to take part in two fantastic and scary adventures now, yet theResident Evil Remakes’popularity is proof that players are hungry for anRE4remake that can follow the roadmap left by the previous two.

With that in mind, popular cosplayer Enji Night decided to do something a little different from the endless amounts ofLady Dimitrescu cosplays that are out thereright now and set herself out to recreate the looks ofResident Evil’s most popular women. Starting off with Jill Valentine, she decided to go for the character’sRE3Remakeoutfit, which is obviously way more comfortable to run away from Nemesis in than a tube top and a skirt.
Coming in second, the Hungarian cosplayer went for the mysterious work for hire spy Ada Wong, who was been bidding her own war within the franchise’s zombie infestation almost since the very start. Naturally, the only way to do Ada justice is with the classic red dress she’s been wearing all this time that looks better than ever inRE2 Remake.
Lastly, the only other cast member who could match the other two’s popularity is Claire Redfield, but here Enji Knight opted for one of Claire’s lesser-known looks fromResident Evil: Darkside Chronicle, which came out on the Nintendo Wii long before it became available on PlayStation. The key element here is Claire’s “Made in Heaven” jacket that, just like her “Let Me Live” model, is inspired by songs from the band Queen.
These three beautiful andfully armedResident Evilcharactercosplays are the perfect homages to the franchise’s legacy, which gave gaming an entire generation of female heroes who gave Leon and Chris a run for their money. So, here’s hoping they come back for whatever title Capcom has in store next after25 years of jump scares in everyResident Evil.
