InDiablo 4, players can explore the world of Sanctuary. They can experience the story,battle a World Boss named Ashava, and complete many story-filled quests. One of the many new things in thisDiablotitle is something calledAltars of Lilith. These locations can boost a player’s stats, give them additional max life, and can even add to the number of obols they can carry. Since these important statues are not marked on the map, players will want to know the locations and powers of each of the28 Altars in the Fractured Peaks.

Each of the new map locations will have its own collection ofAltars of Lilith. Also, during a playthrough, it was noted that the first two Altars that most players come across were different, and changed since the first beta weekends. These have also been updated to reflect the changes.
What Do Altars of Lilith Do in Diablo 4?
When a player interacts with an Altar ofLilith inDiablo 4, a number of things can happen. The Altars can give permanent, account-wide buffs, Renown, experience, and more. When a character finds an Altar, they get five Renown and an experience boost. Then, that character might need to complete a challenge; after it is complete, they will earn a one-time, account-wide buff to one stat.

Diablo 4: Altar of Lilith Locations in Fractured Peaks
There are 28 Altars in the Fractured Peaks, which is just a small part of theopen-world setting ofDiablo 4. Each Altar has a set stat boost for everyone, so players will know exactly what they are getting from each Altar before they touch it.
Altar of Lilith 1: Icehowl Taiga
This Altar is located in the starting area ofDiablo 4’s massive map.
Reward:+2 Dexterity
Altar of Lilith 2: Southeast Foothills
Look for a little jump spot near the graveyard to find this Altar in theARPG calledDiablo 4.
Reward:Players can now carry five additionalMurmuring Obols; these are the currency for buying from the Curiosities vendor. Players start by being able to carry 500 of these Obols, and each Altar that gives this buff increases the ability to hold by 5.
Altar of Lilith 3: Tsepilova Pond
Find this Altar on the way to mines forDiablo 4’s main storyquest along the north end of the pond.
Reward:+2 Willpower
Altar of Lilith 4: Icehowl Taiga
Players will have to return to the starting area later in the game, as this Altar is not accessible when players first pass through.
Reward:+2 Strength
Altar of Lilith 5: The Brinewood
This Altar of Lilith, theevil plaguing the video game worldofDiablo 4, is out of the way and hidden behind some trees, so players must keep their eyes peeled.
Reward:Can now carry five additional Murmuring Obols.
Altar of Lilith 6: Noastrava
to reach this Altar of Lilith inDiablo 4, players must first complete most of theDiablo 4dungeoncalled Stronghold Nostrava.
Reward:+2 Intelligence
Altar of Lilith 7: Trekker’s Nook
This Altar of Lilith is way out of the way; there’s not much down there except the Altar, so players probably won’t find this one unless they are specifically looking for Altars.
Altar of Lilith 9: Western Tunnels
If players missed this one while doing quests in the caves, this Altar is very close to the Margrave waypoint.
Altar of Lilith 10: Melnik’s Hill
This Altar is located inside the house on Melnik’s Hill, so players will need to explore the building there.
Altar of Lilith 11: Zeleny Lowlands
This Altar is on the beaten path near a traversal spot along the route from Gail Valley to the Frigid Expanse.
Altar of Lilith 12: Shivering Wilds
This Altar of Lilith should be pretty obvious; the glow of it should be visible from the frozen river.
Altar of Lilith 13: Shivering Wilds
This one is located in a dead end in the Wilds, so players must explore the area thoroughly to come across this one.
Reward:+5 Max Obols
Altar of Lilith 14: Malnok
This Altar is located in the Stronghold of Malnok; there is a house with unbreakable icicles in front of the door. These will break as soon as players complete the Stronghold.
Altar of Lilith 15: Western Ways
Look just northwest of the Menestad Waypoint to find this Altar.
Altar of Lilith 16: Western Ways
Just west of the Forbidden City dungeon on a little hillside is nestled this Altar of Lilith. Look for its red glow.
Altar of Lilith 17: The Deep White
Look for a cliff outcropping to the northeast of the Forsaken Quarry dungeon.
Altar of Lilith 18: Olyam Tundra
There is a narrow mountain path to the southeast of the Black Asylum dungeon that leads to this Altar.
Altar of Lilith 19: Serac Rapture
When players leave the monastery at Kor Valar, they must head southeast along the cliff’s edge.
Altar of Lilith 20: Eastern Pass
ThisDiablo 4Altar is directly east of the hut where players will first meet with Lorath.
Altar of Lilith 21: Father’s Cross
Head out of the main city of Kyovashad and head towards the Event hotspot; the Altar will be nearby in thisstory-heavy Blizzard title.
Altar of Lilith 22: Western Ways
Follow the road southeast out of Menestad; look along the road’s edges.
Altar of Lilith 23: The Brinewood
This Altar of Lilith is kind of in the middle of nowhere ofDiablo 4’s massive open worldwithout anything around it, so players that aren’t specifically looking for this one probably won’t find it.
Altar of Lilith 24: Kor Dragan: Courtyard
This Altar is located inside the Stronghold of Kor Dragan, but players don’t have to complete the dungeon to get it.
Altar of Lilith 25: Crags of Ill Wind
Follow the slope down from the Forsaken Quarry to find this well-hidden Altar.
Altar of Lilith 26: Olyam Tundra
Hop down the traversal point heading southeast out of Forsaken Quarry to find this hidden gem.
Altar of Lilith 27: Fields of Judgment
This Altar is close to the waypoint of the Bear Tribe Refuge; look to the southeast to find it along the side of the mountain. Players can’t walk up to this one, but they can get close enough to interact with it.
Altar of Lilith 28: Sinner’s Pass
Head directly north from the Hoarfrost Demise dungeon, and this one will be along the edge of the cliffs there.
This is the last of the Altars of Lilith available in the Fractured Peaks. Other locations will also be filled with these altars, as will any newDiablo 4DLCareas.
