Fortniteplayers have a lot to look forward to in the battle royale game this week. Not only are there a bunch of new quests to complete, butNaruto has finally joined the Epic Games partyafter months of leaks and rumors. However, this guide will go over one of the quests from an NPC named Rust Lord. He wants players togather shields from Slurp Barrels, but the quest doesn’t show players exactly where to look.
Here are two locations whereFortniteplayers can easily get their hands on Slurp Barrels to complete the quest fast to gain 3K XP towards unlocking stuff on theBattle Pass for Season 8.

Slurp Barrel Locations in Fortnite Season 8
The first place where players can find Slurp Barrels isat Lazy Lake. Inside of a building on the west side of the area, players can make their way to the top floor to find a group of three Slurp Barrels.
Players will need to collect 30 shield energy from the barrels to complete the quest, so as long as players start with low shields and then break three of the barrels, the quest should be marked as completed. Players can just hit the barrels using their harvesting tool.
The second location where players can easily findSlurp Barrels is at Sludgy Swamp. Inside a home on the north side of the named point of interest, players can find not just one group of Slurp Barrels, but two of them.Fortniteplayers can simply visit the easiest location for them to get to or the one that other players are staying away from.
It was briefly mentioned before, but if players already have full shields, the barrels won’t give extra shields, so a player might need to take some damage before cracking open the Slurp Barrels.
