Thanks to various leaks and teases, it was soon confirmed thatAvatar: The Last Airbenderwould indeed be coming to Fortnite with a special event bringing numerous features and characters to the Battle Royale for a limited time. With the event now available inFortnite, Epic Games has revealed all of the details in a newblog post.
In the new Elements event,Fortniteplayers can take on all four bending techniques from theAvatarfranchise to help complete new quests to unlock cosmeticsand other rewards. Players can start earning new rewards through a free and premium version of the Elements Pass to unlock gear like the Dramyin Guitar and Sokka’s Space Sword Pickaxe, while the upgraded track will grant the Aang Outfit. New Quests will be added every few days, allowing players to earn Chi, which unlocks new tiers on the Elements Pass. Players who finish all six quests from each chapter will earn the Appa Glider.
Master all Four Elements to Earn New Rewards
WhileFortnitefans got a taste of these bending techniques through the use of Water, Earthbending, Firebending, and Airbending have all been added, each granting new abilities. These can be found across the island, in chests, or from various shrines to find a bending scroll container to unlock the ability to bend that particular element. It’s also worth noting that while this event is going on, the Season 2 Olympian Powers have been temporarily vauled.
