Obsidian Entertainment has released the official patch notes forGrounded’s 1.4.1 update, which brings a plethora of changes that seek to improve the already popular survival game. Major changes include fixes toGrounded’s respawn mechanic, with players no longer respawning with a dark screen for 3 seconds after dying. Alongside normal enemy encounters,Groundedalso features boss fights, with this being a key focal point in the game’s latest update. Players will now notice that Boss shout attacks and Wasp Drone shouts will no longer trigger infusion AOE attacks while in New Game+. In addition, creatures involved with base attacks, as well as Waft Emitter attacks, will now no longer freeze. Milk Molar upgrades will now correctly carry over when players activate New Game+ inGrounded.

Other changes include a fix to the Microsoft Account login screen, which previously displayed the wrong error message, and improvements to how bases load in-game. Optimization upgrades abound inGrounded’s 1.4.1 update, with performance improving across the game as a whole. Memory usage has been reduced, with rendering performance of interior locations being significantly improved.
