Hogwarts Legacyhas received a new update that fixes the game’s frustrating bugged Mooncalf quest.Hogwarts Legacyhas earned rave reviews from critics and has sold millions of copies, but there’s still room for improvement. Developer Avalanche Software is looking to keep players exploring the open worldHarry Potteraction-RPG by addressing fan concerns and fixing its bigger issues.
One of the most frustrating issues for completionists playingHogwarts Legacyhas involved a Mooncalf named Biscuit. There’s aside quest inHogwarts Legacycalled Take the Biscuit, where players are tasked with rescuing a pet Mooncalf named Biscuit from poachers. However, it’s possible for players to happen upon Biscuit by accident and rescue it from its cage before getting the quest. Prior to downloading the latestHogwarts Legacyupdate, this meant players simply couldn’t complete the side quest and were unable to get 100% in the game.

Luckily, the latestHogwarts Legacyupdate fixes thebugged Biscuit quest, so players should now be able to complete it and continue working toward 100% completion in the game. The update also fixes a number of other bugs thatHogwarts Legacyplayers have reported, improves stability, and fixes some problems with accessing DLC items. One should have a much smoother experience inHogwarts Legacyafter downloading the new update, to say the least.
This new update will no doubt be appreciated byHogwarts Legacyfans who are still making their way through the open worldHarry Pottergame, but others may be more interested in content updates. Avalanche Software has not announced any plans for substantialHogwarts Legacycontent updates, but considering the game’s dizzying success, it would be surprising if some kind ofHogwarts LegacyDLC expansionwasn’t announced at some point.
Hogwarts LegacyDLC would be met with great deal of enthusiasm by the game’s community, so hopefully it comes to fruition. But even ifHogwarts Legacynever gets DLC, one has to imagine that a sequel is in the cards.Hogwarts Legacysales are incredibly impressive so far, meaning a sequel to the game is basically inevitable at this point.
