Jujutsu Kaisenchapter 230 is just around the corner now. The manga went on a hiatus after chapter 229, which left the fans at the edge of their seats following what transpired in the fight between Gojo and Sukuna. The two engaged in ferocious combat and have been at it for the past few chapters. Trying to assert their superiority over the otherusing Domain Expansion, this fight has been largely repetitive, however, there was a breakthrough in the previous chapter when Gojo was able to put up his Domain slightly faster than Sukuna.

Sadly, things didn’t end up exactly how Gojo had envisioned them, however,Jujutsu Kaiden230 is going to be very intriguing, judging by the way the previous chapter ended.
Gojo Vs Mahoraga
At the end of the previous chapter, fans sawGojo manage to use Unlimited Voidon Sukuna and, to the vast majority of the fans, this felt like the end of the fight. Gojo successfully managed to deal damage to Sukuna and this could have been the moment of his victory, however much to the surprise of the fans, the latter ended up tapping into the power of Mahoraga. How exactly he ended up doing it despite being hit with an infinite amount of information from Unlimited Void remains to be seen, however, now, the script has flipped. Gojo’s Unlimited Void won’t simply work on Sukuna anymore until Mahoraga is dealt with.
Fans have already seen Mahoraga in action in the past and the abilities that it possesses are absolutely incredible. With the capability of adjusting to any attacks, the Mahoraga is an incredible ace up Sukuna’s sleeve. Given that Sukuna was previously able to defeat Mahoraga, fans expect Gojo to be able to do the same, however, he will not have access to his Domain Expansion in order to defeat him. Gojo does have other powerful techniques, such as Hollow Purple, that he can rely on, however, he needs to move quickly and pull off his techniques with incredible precision if he is to stand a chance.Jujutsu Kaisenchapter 230 might focus on this aspect of the fight and fans will surely get to see Gojo try his best against Mahoraga.
Gojo’s Next Best Powers
Fans already knowthat Gojo’s strongest ability is his Domain Expansion, Unlimited Void, and that is precisely what he was aiming for during his fight against Sukuna. Sadly for him, he cannot use it anymore as he has to deal with Mahoraga, which has already gotten used to his Domain Expansion. Gojo now has to use other abilities of his to defeat the Divine General and that is exactly what Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 230 is going to showcase to the fans. Gojo’s other techniques that he can use to defeat the divine general are Hollow Purple and potentially Limitless: Red.
Hollow Purple is his best bet as this is one of his strongest techniques. Potentially, he can defeat Mahoraga with it, especially if it’s charged to 200%, like fans saw him use against Sukuna earlier. If this technique doesn’t work, then Gojo could find himself in some deep trouble, especially since Sukuna has not been dealt with just yet. By all means,Jujutsu Kaisenchapter 230 will throw a lot of focus on Mahoraga and fans will see why exactly it was the ace up Sukuna’s sleeve. It is also entirely possible that Sukuna let Gojo hit him with Unlimited Void on purpose so he could get used to this ability.

Jujutsu Kaisenchapter 230 could also see Mahoraga in action and that is something that fans are expecting, given that Gojo is on his back foot at the moment. Fans have seen Mahoraga’s capabilities previously in the story and getting to see them again would be absolutely incredible, especially since it doesn’t pop up often in the series.
Sukuna’s Counterattack
Jujutsu Kaisenchapter 230 could also show fans Sukuna’s counterattack. It is incredibly impressive for Sukuna to even manage to activate Mahoraga despite being in Unlimited Void. Now that he has broken through it, he is going to counterattack and Gojo will have to deal with two threats at the same time.
Sukuna is not going to go easy on himat all and he has already pushed Gojo around quite a lot. Now, with Mahoraga at his side, Sukuna is going to be more dangerous than ever before in this fight and this is his opportunity to deal a tremendous amount of damage to Gojo and potentially even defeat him, if he plays his cards carefully. Sukuna is consistently growing stronger, which is evident from the fact that he recently learned how to refill his burnt-up Cursed Energy from Gojo.
He is stronger than ever before and with the help of Mahoraga, he can finally have a shot at victory. Essentially, Gojo will have to lose this fight if the plot is to move forward. If Sukuna dies at the hands of Gojo, the story will simply cease to exist. For plot reasons, even if Gojo is incredibly powerful, he will have to lose this fight andJujutsu Kaisenchapter 230 might be the beginning of that.
While Sukuna has already displayed quite a lot of abilities in his fight against Gojo, fans could end up seeing a few more techniques in his arsenal in the next chapter. Fans do not know what exactly his Innate Ability is, and this is something that could be explored more inJujutsu Kaisenchapter 230. What’s more, being an Ancient Sorcerer with tremendous power up his sleeve, Sukuna surely has other abilities that he has not showcased yet. Throughout the vast majority of his fight, he has been awfully calm and that suggests that he has aces up his sleep that he has not shown yet.
Gojo On The Backfoot
Jujutsu Kaisenchapter 230 is likely going to showcase Gojo on his back foot. In the past chapter, Gojo held the upper hand for the vast majority of the fight. When compared to Sukuna, Gojo was superior in almost every aspect. When it comes to the usage of Cursed Energy, Gojo appeared to be more efficient and knew how to use it better, as evident from the fact that he could even restore his burnt-up Cursed Energy right from the get-go. With Six Eyes, he could further stabilize the usage of his Cursed Energy and, essentially, never run out of it. When it comes to Domain Expansion, Gojo believed that his Unlimited Void was vastly superior to Malevolent Shrine and his Limitless is surely better thanthe Innate Ability that Sukuna possesses.Even in hand-to-hand combat in close range, Gojo held the upper hand, as showcased in the previous chapter where Sukuna was being yanked and thrown around by Gojo.

Clearly, Gojo held an advantage up until recently, however, now, things are going to be different. If Gojo is to lose this fight, he will be pushed on his back foot starting from the upcoming chapter. It is highly likely that Gojo will be pushed into a corner by Sukuna and Mahoraga together and this is where the fight could end up being decided. Gojo’s clash against Sukuna has gone on for around 7 chapters now and it could potentially end in the very next one if Gege wishes it.
