Summary

One luckyPalworldplayer has hatched an extremely rare male Bellanoir Libero. Breeding and hatching Eggs is one of the quickest ways to get rare Pals with increased base stats and good Traits. After hatching a number of boss Pal Eggs, this player ended up with a boy, Bellanoir Libero, inPalworld.

Palworld’s raid boss, Bellanoir, was first introduced in update 0.2.0.6. It’s an amazing battler that can only be acquired by hatching a Huge Large Egg. After defeating the boss, players can collect a Huge Large Egg with hopes of hatching a Bellanoir with improved stats. These can’t be found in the wild, meaning players have to take on the boss to obtain them.

Proving the existence of a male Bellanoir Libero, Reddit user KRATOS-420 posted a screenshot of his recently hatched Pal inPalworld. Nestled among a plethora of female Bellanoirs is a single male. Bellanoir’s design is feminine in appearance, making it seem as if there were no males of the species. This follows other Pals in not having a 1-to-1 gender ratio for the species. Lovander, Mozzarina, Beegarde, Elizabee, Dazzi, Kingpaca, Kingpaca Cryst, Warsect, Lyleen, and Lyleen Noct all have their gender ratios skewed to one side of the spectrum.

Palworld Player Hatches Rare Male Bellanoir Libero

According to another Reddit thread mentioning the hatch rate of Bellanoirs, it can take upwards of 200 Boss Pal Eggs to obtain a male. With those numbers, the hatch rate is .5%, not even a full percent. This makes the male Bellanoir Libero one of therarest Pals inPalworld.

Obtaining 200 Huge Large Eggs means KRATOS-420 had toface and defeatPalworld’s raid boss Bellanoirmultiple times. That is an astounding feat in and of itself. They either bred the Bellanoirs or continued to fight it as a raid boss to get the high number of eggs needed for a male to be born. Along with the Pal being male, it’s also a Bellanoir Libero. This is the enhanced version faced in the extreme raid boss battle. It’s one of the strongestDark type Palscurrently in the game.

While KRATOS-420 was the first to discover and prove the existence of male Bellanoirs inPalworld, there are surely more to be hatched as players continue to breed and hatch Huge Large Eggs. With such a low hatch rate, however, it could take quite some time before there’s even a handful of male Bellanoirs on the various servers.
