The event requires a puppet theater, a jungle gym slide, and a cooler. Two of the required objects come from the toddler stuff pack. When toddlers blow out the candles, they age up normally to the child life stage.
5Toddler Sickness
Modder NateTheL0ser created theToddler Sicknesses and Stacking Symptomsmodto give toddlers inThe Sims 4some added realism. Some players seek outmore realistic mods for their gameplay, and toddlers can finally be like their real-life counterparts when they get sick. Runny noses, and all.
Toddlers can get sick through logical contact events like the daycare rabbit hole and Sim-to-Sim contagion. The mod gives toddlers moodlets related to their illnesses, and different toddler traits can even react differently to sickness.
4Toddler Sized Furniture
With increased toddler independence inThe Sims 4,comes the ability for toddlers to use big people furniture. Toddlers have typical high chairs, but there isn’t a huge variety of toddler-sized furniture.
Around the Sims 4 has createdtoddler-sized tables, chairs, and booster seats. Toddlers can be fed on their little table and chair system just like they can be fed in the normal high chair, and the booster seats provide the same function.

1Preschool
The in-game options for toddler childcare inThe Sims 4are a nanny, and rabbit hole daycare. Whilehigh school Sims have theHigh School Years DLC, and child sims have a normal school rabbit hole, toddlers don’t have an in-game school function.Adeepindigo has created an entire education overhaul mod, but there is a preschool function available for toddlers.
Toddlers can be enrolled in preschool and will attend it as a rabbit hole. The school hours are from 7.30 AM to 2.30 PM, and the option to go to preschool overrides the option to go to daycare when the parent Sim isn’t on the lot.
