In a message from September 8, Dr Disrespect hinted at these new items inNBA 2K23, noting he had heard a lot of rumors regarding his inclusion in the sports game. Based on the images, there are several cosmetics that gamers can pick up in MyCareer mode that are themed after theiconic appearance of Dr Disrespect. For starters, players can earn the “Dr Disrespect Black Steel Mullet + Headphones” once they reach level eight. In addition, the “Dr Disrespect Prototypes” can be unlocked at level 20. These are the iconic shades worn by the streamer during his broadcasts. Beyond that, the Two-Time’s signature red vest, known as “Dr Disrespect Showtime Vest,” can be acquired after obtaining level 32 in-game.
