In the enchanting realm ofPalia, there are many hidden secrets and treasures waiting to be discovered. Treasure chests are littered around maps like Kilima and Bahari Bay withbounties like goldand recipes for crafting. In concealed locations, players can get their hands on special chests that reveal the elusiveEmberseeker Medallions.

These shimmering tokens are a vital component of the Emberseeker’s Bundle, and collecting them all promises a reward beyond imagination. Embark on a journey to find and collect all six medallions and where to trade them in. Brace yourself for a voyage filled with mystery, excitement, and the promise of untold riches in the world ofPalia.

How To Get The First Emberseeker Medallion

Following the Plumehound Pilgrimage and Catalyzing Caper quests, Jina will send a letter in the mail asking you to meet her and Tau at the Night Sky Temple, south of Hekla’s tent. She lets you know that a vault has opened up, and she would like you to see it. This will initiate theVault of the Flames quest. Simply interact with the glowing stone device to discover the four bundles needed to complete the quest.

The four bundles for this quest are theSear-Chef,Brightbug,Flamerod, andEmberseeker bundles. Each bundle requires specific items like rare bugs, fish, and cooked meals. The Emberseeker’s Bundle requires a total of six medallions to complete. Jina will tell the player that she found an Emberseeker Medallion in Bahari Bay, and give it to you. It’s up to you to find the remaining five to complete the Emberseeker’s Bundle.

Emberseeker Medallion Locations

After obtaining the first Emberseeker Medallion, you must travel to Bahari Bay to find the rest of them. First, you will want to get your hands on aglider by completing the Like A Bird quest. This will help you travel faster and reach greater heights. Make your way over to these locations by following the directions and opening the treasure chests.

Location 1: Thorny Thicket

The northernmost portion of Bahari Bay is the Thorny Thicket, near Tamala’s house. To find this Emberseeker Medallion, drop a waypoint to the Thorny Thicket text. Climb to the top of the hill near the waterfall. There will be overhanging tree roots pointing you to the exact location of the treasure chest. Simply drop down and loot the chest, but be careful to avoid drowning in the river.

Location 2: Statue Garden

Travel to the top right corner of Bahari Bay to find this Emberseeker Medallion. It is directly east of the Statue Garden, near the Bahari Bay coast. Keep an eye out for an orange juniper tree and a small shipwreck. The treasure chest can be found nestled underneath the ship.

Location 3: Lighthouse Lagoon

The Lighthouse Lagoon is the location for the next Emberseeker Medallion. It is near Bahari Bay’s coastline, along the Ancient Aquaduct walls. Look for the white arches under the bridge ruins. You’ll need to climb up a short cliff to find the treasure chest.

Location 4: Hideaway Bluffs Mines

Between the Hideaway Bluffs and the Windy Ruins lies some mines with the hidden location of an Emberseeker Medallion. This one is a little more complicated to get to. You can access the mines by walking from the Beachcomber’s Cove quick travel location, but there are two alternate routes as well.

There are two mine shafts that will take you into the mines. Jump down the westernmost mine shaft and then down another level once inside. Climb up the rocks next to the mine cart and through the curtain of vines, revealing a hidden room. There will be a regular treasure chest here with a pearl, two gold ores, and 18 valuable gold coins. To find the medallion, go behind the statue there and jump down to the next level. In this final hidden room, you may find the treasure chest with the Emberseeker Medallion.

Location 5: Windy Ruins

The last location where you may find an Emberseeker Medallion is between the Windy Ruins and Beachcomber’s Cove.If you use fast travel, you will be placed right next to the location of the medallion. Simply turn to face the cliffs and look behind the bush to find the treasure chest.

How To Turn In Emberseeker Medallions

Once you get your hands on an Emberseeker Medallion, return to the Night Sky Temple near the Family Farm. Interact with the Vault of the Flames stone and select the Emberseeker’s Bundle. Whether you have one or all six, you can turn your medallions in there.

Completing this bundle gives your character theEmberborn Brazierrecipe. When crafted, this piece of furniture acts as a lamp to brighten up and warm your character’s home. After completing all four bundles in the Vault of the Flames, your character will be rewarded with the rare Ancient Rock Garden decoration. Place it on your character’s housing plot to receive a daily gift from a Kitsuu at 4 AM. The gifts vary between different arrows, meats, fur, gold ores, and spicy pepper seeds.
