In the original gen 1Pokemongames, players were able to buy most of their Evolution Stones from the department store inCeladon City. Since gen 2, however, Evolution Stones can typically only be found by exploring the games' worlds, making it quite a bit more difficult to evolve certain Pokemon. Thankfully though, due to the inclusion of the Grand Underground, this isn’t too much of an issue inBrilliant Diamond&Shining Pearl.

There are a few different places where players can get their hands on a Water Stone inBrilliant Diamond&Shining Pearl, the first of which isRoute 213.
