To celebrate Valentine’s Day,Pokemon GOtypically has an annual event with pink Pokemon like Chansey, Luvdisc, and Hoppip. Sometimes it also includes other creatures like shiny Tapu Lele, which was added in 2019 and is one ofPokemon GO’s best shiny Legendary Pokemon. Pokemon GOhas given details of theCarnival of Love event, which will add shiny Oricorio to the game. The event starts on February 13 at 10 am and ends on February 15 at 8 pm local time. During this period, players will find Baile Style Oricorio in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and Pom-Pom Style Oricorio in the Americas. Meanwhile, Pa’u Style Oricorio will spawn on African, Asian, Pacific, and Caribbean islands, and trainers in the Asia-Pacific region will see Sensu Style Oricorio. Flabebe is anotherregion-exclusive Pokemonthat will be available at the event. Trainers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa will encounter Red Flower Flabebe, with Blue Flabebe appearing in Asia-Pacific, and Yellow Flower Flabebe in the Americas. Six other Pokemon will have their spawns increased, like Quaxly and Skitty.

Pokemon GO Carnival of Love Event Details

During the Carnival of Love,Pokemon GOwill let players change Natural Form Furfrou to Heart Trim Furfrou for 25 Furfrou Candy and 10,000 Stardust. Field Research tasks will reward encounters with Snubbull, Roselia, Clamperl, Luvdisc, Furfrou, Stufful, and Spinda with a heart pattern, which appeared in apreviousPokemon GOValentine’s Day event. Trainers who join the Collection Challenge will get XP, Stardust, and an encounter with Roserade. The event will give two guaranteed Candy XL when evolving Pokemon, and an increased chance of obtaining Candy XL when walking with Buddy Pokemon. A new Paid Research will be available, and Brazilian trainers will receive double XP when catching Pokemon in celebration of the Brazilian Carnival.

February will see a slew of events like numerous Raid Hours and Mega Raids, and thehighly anticipated Pokemon GO Tour. Along with the Carnival of Love,Pokemon GOplayers will have plenty of content to keep themselves engaged throughout the month.
