APokemon Scarlet and Violetfan has conceptualized their own paradox form for Scolipede. Paradox Pokemon are one of several newPokemon Scarlet and Violetfeatures that have sparked the creativity of fan artists in the community.
Scolipede is a Bug/Poison-type Pokemon that evolves from Whirlipede at level 30 and is the final form of Venipede. Introduced in Generation 5 of thePokemongames, Scolipede has appeared in every game released since then exceptPokemon Scarlet and Violet.Scolipede is one of the coolest Bug-type Pokemon, with a centipede-like appearance, magenta body, dark grey underside, and long horns on its head and rear. In thePokemonanime, Scolipede debuted in the ninth episode ofPokemon the Series: Black & White, when Axew and Pikachu encounter an angry Scolpiede while wandering through the forest.

User inkDOTexe shared on Redditt a fanart showing the paradox form of the Scolipede called the Rampaging Steed.Players can find Paradox Pokemonin the different areas of Paldea, the new region where thePokemon Scarlet and Violettakes place. They are divided into two subgroups: past paradox and future paradox, with appearances that reflect their subgroup. Rampaging Steed is a past-Bug/Dark-type Paradox Pokemon, and retains many traits in common with the original Scolipede. The difference is its legs and the hair on its head and rear, making the Pokemon look like a horse. The face of the paradox form of Scolipede also has a slight resemblance to Furfrou, the Generation 6 type-Normal Pokemon.
InkDOTexe’s fanart was posted on the officialPokemonsubreddit and got the approval of the other users, who liked the idea. The Paradox Pokemon have served as great inspiration for thePokemoncommunity, which is already known for its immense creativity. The Paradox Scolipede is the latest work in a significant list of fanart that has been making the headlines, such as theamazing paradox form for Hoothootcreated by another fan.
The paradox form created by inkDOTexe stands out for a couple of reasons. The first is that it gives Scolipede a look that is not radically different from the original, but one can still look and see that it is a different kind of Pokemon. The fact that it is a past Paradox Pokemon is interesting, as its appearance is similar to that of a horse, one of the oldest forms of locomotion registered.
