APokemon Scarlet and Violetplayer has shared their impressive Shiny Dunsparce collection. Over the years the RPG series has added new mechanics that become major parts of the mainline entries. This includes newPokemon Typesas well as gimmicks such as Mega Evolution.
One of the biggest additions wasShiny Pokemon. Introduced in the franchise’s second Generation, these alternate colors for pocket monsters added another incentive to play the games as players tried to collect them all. One gamer in particular managed to catch a number of Shiny versions of Dunsparce and its evolution.

A Reddit user known as Globnesh posted an image of their Dunsparce collection inPokemon Scarlet and Violet. The picture shows the trainer with three of the Pokemon along with one Dudunsparce. All four of the creatures are Shiny, while the Dudunsparce is the rarer three-segment form. According to Globnesh, all the pocket monsters were caught, and were not part of a mass outbreak. The player stated that they did use a Sparkling Power Sandwich as well as a Shiny charm in order to increase the odds of running into the alternate colored Pokemon. Being able to find this many Shiny Dunsparces takes quite a bit of luck, and makes for an impressive collection.
Globnesh’s post is gaining traction as it currently sits at over 1,400 upvotes. A number of commenters have called Globnesh lucky, stating that the odds of running into this many Shiny Dunsparce are low despite the items used. One user called the player the Dunsparce master, while another asked them to reveal their secrets. One gamer showed a little jealousy, as it took them over 200 Shiny Dunsparces to get an alternate coloredthree-segment Dudunsparce. Globnesh has quite the collection, which is something to be quite proud of.
Since Shiny Pokemon were introduced, many gamers have spent a large amount of hours trying to catch the special pocket monsters. Though catching the creatures has become a little easier than when they were introduced, it still takes time and effort to obtain the Pokemon. Having a full team of Shiny pocket monsters is impressive, and could be seen as a badge of honor. Whilecompleting the Pokedexis impressive, collecting all the alternate colored creatures is an extraordinary feat in itself. As more Pokemon are added to the games, more Shinies will also make an entrance, leading to more work for players. Despite this, many love collecting Shiny pocket monsters, and continue to enjoy seeing the different colorings that they receive in the games.
