As it turns out,Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apartcan also run on the Steam Deck. Insomniac confirmed this on its official Twitter account the day beforeRift Apart’s PC port launched on July 26. For a game to beverified for Steam Deck, it has to meet four requirements: have full controller support with appropriate on-screen input icons and an automatic on-screen keyboard when needed, support the standard Steam Deck resolution (1280×800 or 1280×720) with good default settings and legible text, run without any compatibility warnings, and be fully supported by Proton when applicable.
Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart’s PC port is just the latest in an ongoing effort by PlayStation to branch out into the PC gaming landscape by re-releasing some of its biggest first-party hits.
