The introduction of fishing toSea of Thieveswas seamless, and there isn’t much to criticize. Fish can be cooked and sold for gold at The Hunter’s Call Trading Company. Attach bait to your lure and cast your line out to the water.
9PVP Mode (The Arena)
Now and then, pirates like to skirmish so that they mayreap the rewards.Sea of Thieves' player versus player mode is called “The Arena,” and it’s a mode that has earned our appreciation.
Rather than being a game mode focused on exploration, this quintessential mode focuses on ship-to-ship and pirate-to-pirate combat in a tight arena. The objective is to find buried booty as you combat against four other pirate crews sailing in galleons.

8Level Up Past 50 In Trading Companies
The goal of attaining the status of Pirate Legend still exists, but the maximum level for trading companies has increased. This is excellent news for people who want a progression system for the end game ofSea of Thieves.
Of course, we have thePirate Legend levels to grindas well, but it is a subtle tweak for those who reached maximum Pirate Legend rank. Yes, we play this game a lot!

7More Gear For Pirate Legends
Finding as much booty as possible has been an overarching goal inSea of Thieves. The sea can be a place of sorrow or reward. For those willing to sail the waters high and low, one can reap the rewards of being aPirate Legend.

Visiting the Tavern of Legends, a hidden hideout exclusive to Pirate Legends, players can now purchase more gear than ever before. This includes weapons, outfits, ship customizations, and more!
6Fire!
Sea of Thievesis filled with hazards, but none of which are as groundbreaking as fire. This new element brings heat to the game as it slowly burns anything it comes into contact with.
Fire cannot spread on land, but it can damage the wood of ships, pirates, and skeletons. Dying by fire gives players a red Flame of Fate death at the Ferry of the Damned. Flames giveSea of Thievesa lively atmosphere. Firebombs, gunpowder barrels, and lightning can spread the fire.

5Skull Forts Are Less Repetitive
When the game started, people were fascinated with Skull Forts. Gathering large sums of gold from Skull Forts became the focus ofSea of Thieves.
However, as people attempted Skull Forts numerous times, it became more repetitive with each try. Now,Sea of Thieveshas improved Skull Forts with expanded locations and enemies. Skull Fort loot is far more diverse, and we are delighted by the game’s enhancements.

4Rowboats
This sea-faring item was added in the Forsaken Shores DLC, one of thegame’s most anticipated DLC’s thus far.Rowboats can be found washed ashore on islands.
What was initially a non-interactable item became an integral part of the game. Rowboats are useful for transporting treasure and getting back to your ship. The rowboats can be docked on the back of ships, which is too awesome.

3Megalodon
One of the largest fish to ever exist in the world is undoubtedly the biggest to live inSea of Thieves.Megalodon is a prehistoric shark that made its way intoSea of Thievesafter The Hunger Deep DLC. In the Shrouded Spoils update, different types of Megalodon were added, and players could unlock accommodations for defeating each type of Megalodon.

Developer Rare is on the right track when they add bosses like Megalodon. It’s a non-essential part of the game, yet it adds so much to it.
2The Devil’s Roar
The Devil’s Roar is a new expansive region inSea of Thieves. It is made up of various islands, which contain a variety of highly active volcanoes. Volcanoes can also be found or avoided under the sea as well.
With new quests to be completed, new types of loot to be found, and different enemies, The Devil’s Roar is one of the best things to happen toSea of Thievesthus far.

1Tall Tales
Tall Tales are arguablySea of Thieves' best new feature since launch. These quests are separate from the Voyages you may pick up from trading companies. They can’t be voted on at the Voyage Table, but they can be voted on by Tale Books.
These lengthy, immersive quests are too fun. They are story-driven and contain puzzles that will throw you for a loop.Sea of Thievesis now better than ever because of additions like Tall Tales.
