Though players ofThe Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrimhave plenty of weapons to suit their needs, one player showed why archery is a top choice with one of the most incredible kill shots recorded. TheSkyrimarcher posted a short clip of their feat on social media, where other players praised and commended them for their skill and luck.
Despite there being many weapon types and traits to pick from, the bow and arrow remain one of the most popular weaponsof choice inThe Elder Scrollsseries. When coupled with perks to enhance stealth, medium armor, lockpicking, and alchemy, players that focus on archery are rewarded with the ability to take down enemies from a distance and remain unseen for the most part. Archers that are silent and swift are seldom slaughtered, as proven by oneSkyrimplayer that scored quite an incredible kill.

On Reddit, a user named littledollyx posted an 11-second clip of their archery feat. While in the middle of a fight, the OPused the Slow Time Dragon Shoutand drew their bow. With time slowed to a crawl, the OP then aimed their bow near some burning rubble, with another archer running nearby pursuing a different target. While it seemed like they aimed at nothing in sight, theSkyrimplayer released a shot that went right toward a target several feet away. With the camera fixated on the arrow in cinematic time, the shot found its target and took down the target, which turned out to be a wild rabbit. Though they used a Dragon Shout and had a high amount of Archery skill points, the fact that the OP was able to shoot a rabbit from a long distance is nothing short of remarkable.
The post from littledollyx received over 1,200 upvotes in eight hours on the r/skyrim subreddit. The feat was amplified by the fact thatno archery mods were usedby the OP, who earned the praise of otherSkyrimfans in the comments. While some comments made references toMonty Python and the Holy Grailby comparing the rabbit to the Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog from the film, other users offered their compliments to the OP for their shooting skills.
WhilesomeSkyrimplayers are more attuned to archerythan others, with enough effort and plenty of skill points in the right places, anyone can attempt to replicate what littledollyx accomplished. It remains to be seen ifThe Elder Scrolls 6will continue to keep archery as one of the go-to skills for players to pick from.
