Like Stardew, Haunted Chocolatier Will Most Likely Have Plenty of Festivals

Stardew Valley Now Has Twelve Different Festivals

While it originally launched with nine festivals, afterStardew Valley’s recent 1.6 update, there are now twelve. Three of these festivals occur in the Spring, three occur in the Summer, only two occur in the Fall, and four occur in the Winter.

ConcernedApe’s Eric Baroneis obviously a fan of adding plenty of festivals to his games, as there were already nine inStardew Valleyto begin with, and he added another three with the game’s recent 1.6 update. These festivals are a great way to encourage players to mingle and further their relationships with other characters, which is one of the core elements ofStardew Valley’s gameplay. Judging by ConcernedApe’s love for festivals inStardew Valley, it’s safe to say thatHaunted Chocolatierwill have plenty as well.

What Types of Festivals Haunted Chocolatier Could Have

Although it may be nearly a given thatHaunted Chocolatierwill follow in the footsteps ofStardew Valleyand feature plenty of festivals for players to enjoy, the question is what kind of festivals it may have. Being a similar game with an entirely different premise, it’s likelyHaunted Chocolatierwill have some basic seasonal festivals, like one celebrating Halloween and another celebrating Christmas in some way. Assuming it has some kind of Halloween festival, it may be one of the biggest festivals in the game, considering its “haunted” premise. However, there will presumably be plenty of opportunities forHaunted Chocolatierto feature festivals that are unique to it as well.

PerhapsHaunted Chocolatierwill feature theNew Year’s festivalonce thought to come withStardew Valley’s 1.6 update. Additionally, it might make sense for ConcernedApe’s chocolate confectionery store simulator to feature a Valentine’s Day festival, in light of the day’s celebration of love and all things chocolate. Finally, perhaps a cooking competition would be in order, especially since the game revolves around the player’s business of making and selling chocolate. Despite no clear details yet on what festivals players may get to enjoy inHaunted Chocolatier, it’s almost a guarantee that this beloved feature will play some role of importance in his next game.
