The “Curiosity Killed the Cat” trophy inStrayis a fun yet easy trophy to acquire, that is, if players know where to look. As the name of the trophy suggests, exploring the available world is crucial inStray; sometimes, a mundane item like a paper bag can be missed if a player is not actively aware of their surroundings.
Strayis a PlayStation console exclusive that’s taken offamong the gaming community from its initial release. There are 25 trophies inStrayneeded to achieve the platinum trophy, so players will no doubt be doing everything a cat does and more in order to earn it. The “Curiosity Killed the Cat” trophy requires players tofind the paper bag and put it on, which can be found in two locations of The Slums. What location players go to does not matter, as it only requires players to wear either paper bag once.

Curiosity Killed the Cat Trophy
The first location where players can find the paper bag will be to the left of the guardian in the main area ofThe Slums. Players will pass Roshee, who is taking care of the plants, and head down the stairs. On the other side of Morusque, the musician robot who is sitting slumped down against the wall, will be the first paper bag. Players will know what comes next.
The second location can be seen from the rooftops. It is insideMomo’s apartment, which has a big red neon sign illuminating above from the outside. Players will traverse the rooftops towards this building, and they will see an opportunity to climb up to the railing. Walk along the railing until the opening an open window is seen. Go inside it to enter the apartment.
Once inside the apartment, head straight into the other side of it. Here on the left, players will notice the paper bag. Be careful, though; once the paper bag is put on, the controls become inverted. This best represents the disoriented nature of a cat with a paper bag on its head. Players will no doubt be running in circles trying to figure out how to take off the paper bag, anundeniable charm toStray. Thankfully, the paper bag will fall off on its own after some time.
Players will uncover both locations throughout the story – it just depends on which paper bag is at first noticeable. If players want a screenshot of this cute event, they have two chances to grab an adorable photo. The “Curiosity Killed the Cat” trophy is a Bronze and common trophy, which 59.4% of players have collected at this point.
