In order to save Erin fromThe Devil in Me’s H.H. Holmes-inspired serial killer, players will need to be quick on their feet. After talking with Erin through the door, run to grab the candleholder before Jamie can. If Jamie gets to it first, Erin will be dead before they open the door.
Save Erin in Party
If players did not save Erin in Blackout, they will not get to play through this Curator’s Cut-exclusive level called Party. This chapter has a couple of evidence pieces that can’t be found anywhere else, including aThe Devil in MeObol location, so make sure to save Erin when she is locked in the closet. to save her here, make sure to follow the killer’s instructions and tell her to hide.
How to Save Charlie in Incinerator
After solving the wine room puzzle in time, players will have to watch Charlieburn in the Incinerator chapter ofThe Devil in Me. In order to save him, Mark will need to hold the fire lever for as long as possible. Charlie will die if players don’t hold onto the lever long enough or if they take too long to solve the wine room puzzle. How to Save Erin and Kate in Breathless
In this version of Breathless, players will only have one choice.The Devil in MecharacterErin will have to pick one of these options:
Choose the Demanding option “Help me!” here to save Kate and Erin. This will ensure Erin lives long enough for Jamie tokiss her again inThe Devil in Me.
Save Charlie in Waste Disposal
If players completed the Theatrical Cut ofThe Devil in Meand saved everyone, they will know how to get him out of here alive. Hop into the garbage disposal belt, then succeed at all the QTEs. Choose to Hide instead of Turning Back; then, there will be a few more QTEs. If players pass all of these trials, Charlie will survive without being crushed.
How to Save Jamie in Director’s Suite
In the Theatrical Cut ofThe Devil in Me, players had to go through the 3rd floor during Director’s Suite as Jamie. This time, they will need to play as Kate. In order to save Jamie, Kate will need to time closing the walls at the correct times to prevent Jamie’s horrible death. Close the first door after Jamie and the killer pass through and close the second door after Jamie hits the threshold of the second. Here’s a video of the timing.

Save Both Jamie and Kate in Crushed
to save both Kate and Jamie from being crushed in thischoose-your-own-adventure video game, players have to make sure that the person that gets crushed is the one with the screwdriver. If Kate has the screwdriver, she can choose to say nothing or choose the Somber option. If Jamie has the screwdriver, it’s best to have Kate beg her not to die by choosing the right-hand option: Afraid, “I don’t want to die.” The best way to make sure this scene goes well is to make sure that Jamie has the screwdriver and to choose the Afraid option. This will help the relationship between Jamie and Kate.
How to Save Everyone in The Devil in Me Until the Lighthouse
