The latest design falls into the former category, with one Redditor making Handsome Squidward from the cartoon seriesSpongeBob SquarePants.

Seeing thatTiny Tina’s Wonderlandsalready features aSpongeBobeaster egg in the form of a Smitty WerbenJagerManJensen hat on one of the bodies inShattergrave Barrow, Handsome Squidward should feel right at home in the world ofTiny Tina’s Wonderlands. For those unfamiliar with Handsome Squidward, he is yet another meme that the series has given the internet. Debuting in the episode “The Two Faces of Squidward,” the character is the result of the door being slammed in Squidward’s face, with the joke being that he is unnaturally attractive due to his injury. Reddit user DeV4der nailed the laughably chiseled look of the character with their design.
Handsome Squidward boasts massive pink lips just like he does in theSpongeBob SquarePantsepisode where he appears, with the character’s perfect nose and eyes standing out as well. His lack of eyebrows are another smart touch, and withTiny Tina’s Wonderlands’ Character Creatorproviding so many options for skin colors, DeV4der is able to give their Squidward blue skin. One excellent design touch sees the character’s armor covered in eyes that resemble the suction cups seen on the bottom of a squid’s legs, showing just how much thought was put into every aspect of the creation.
Unsurprisingly,Tiny Tina’s Wonderlandsfans responded well to the post, with it bringing in over 1,000 upvotes and several comments that added to the joke. From suggesting thatDragon Lordwould deliver the “oh no, he’s hot” line from the show to referencing Squidward’s “bold and brash” painting, gamers are clearly getting a kick out of this Handsome Fatemaker. While another fan compares the character design toThe Mask, most understood this reference right away.
