That’s what could be in the works, as xQc has confirmed that he and Pokimane are working on an upcoming podcast project.xQc recently shared a “pre-announcement” in his official Discord server regarding the upcoming project. He says that he’s making a podcast with Pokimane. No details have been provided about the focus of the podcast, though it’s hard to imagine any project with the twoTwitch streamersbeing anything less than entertaining. However, xQc’s language could also imply that the podcast isn’t a sure thing just yet. Depending on how the trial goes, they may decide to do something else or stop before it becomes a regular thing.
The only other information about the podcast that xQc was willing to share is that he’s currently working on a studio for podcast work. The studio is being worked on for a different podcast, which xQc hasn’t shared any information about yet. If the studio works out, if xQc likes the arrangement, then it’ll also be used for xQc andPokimane’s podcast, too. The implication is that they’ll be doing live recordings, which should make for a much more personal experience – and probably more drama, too.
While just the names of xQc and Pokimane being attached to a podcast are certain to make it an instant success, the two Twitch streamers do have a history together. A podcast together is in line with what their fans have been asking for.
Where things go from here is anyone’s guess. xQc is known for being very spontaneous and surprising, so the direction for this podcast project with Pokimane is up in the air.
