Players who utilize a bow inElden Ringwill have different hurdles compared to other builds. Bows can only be used if the player has an arrow to use with it, but this also gives a lot of flexibility in the damage being dealt. Individual arrows can have different effects, such as causing Bleed to build up or dealany type of magic damage in the game.
The damage or status effect done is determined by combining the bow’s stats along with the chosen arrow. Players who use a bow will need all sorts of arrows to use, which can be purchased or crafted using materials found in the Lands Between ofElden Ring.

Where To Buy Arrows In Elden Ring
Find the Nomadic Merchants
The more straightforward method to getting more arrows is by purchasing them using Runes at most nomadic merchants found in the earlier sections of the game. These nomadic merchants will often be found around a Site Of Grace, with the first one being Merchant Kale who is found at the Church of Elleh straight ahead after entering the Lands Between. Merchants like thesehave an infinite supply of arrows and will sell them at 20 runes a piece. Players can only hold 99 of one arrow type at a time and can also have 600 of any type in their storage.
Inthe Roundtable Holdwill be the Twin Maiden Husks, who won’t sell arrows right away but can have themadded to their inventory by giving them the Abandon Merchant’s Bell Bearing. Most of the Nomadic Merchants sell the basic arrows at the same price, with multiple being found in the early areas of the game.

How To Craft Arrows In Elden Ring
Crafting Kit & Cookbooks
Merchant Kale sells theCrafting Kitfor 300 Runes, which gives players access to theCrafting option in the main menu. Players willalso need to purchase the Nomadic Warrior’s Cookbook [1] from Kale for 500 Runes, and will then be able tocraft arrows using 3 Thin Beast Bones. Thin Beast Bones are dropped by killing just about any wildlife found throughout the Lands Between such as deer and sheep. While they don’t have a 100% drop rate, most animals have an over 50% drop rate, which makes farming them on horseback very quickly.
Players can also craft an upgraded arrow using aFlight Pinionwith the Thin Beast Bones that travel further than regular ones. Flight Pinions are dropped from birds usually found around cliff ledges throughout the world. It’s best to hunt them with a bow as they will try to fly away as players get too close. As other crafting recipes are found, the base items ofThin Beast Bonesand Flight Pinions will stay the same, with only one added resource to give the arrows the bonus effect.
