Compact Mode will be compatible with all Windows devices, including handhelds like the popular Asus ROG Ally, and will make the UI ofXboxgaming more compact, as the sidebar will collapse into icons while using the devices. PC gamers will also gain access to the Gaming Services Repair Tool, which will correct problems with missing content and fix issues for gamers using the Xbox app on PC. The other significant change will see the inclusion of Japanese language support for physical and virtual keyboards, which were unavailable until now. After it’s implemented, players will be easily able to change between different keyboard options in the “Language & location” section.

Other minor updates include changes in notifications and banners, making it easier for users to know when some of thebest games available for Xbox Game Passwill be released, for example.
